The role of “Workshop Assembly Specialist” has the following main elements, but is not limited to the listing below:

Responsibilities:
? Assembly of critical mechanical equipment according to company’s quality standards and procedures
? hands-on leadership of assembly team
? Training and supervision of assembly procedures and quality requirements throughout production process
? Technical liaison between international specialist and local operators;
? Continuous improvement of workshop processes and efficiency
? strict supervision of safety in the workplace
? Support and follow the assembly technicians during the assembly stage


Qualifications:
? Extensive technical education (techn. college, vocational school, Engineering degree, others); Advanced assembly certificate is plus
? Proficient understanding of engineering documents is a must
? proficient mechanical craftsmanship (hands-on) is a must
? Sound vocational experience; working experience in foreign enterprise and/or high standard equipment assembly is an advantage
? Team leading experience
? Proficient handling of workshop equipment/tools/cranes aso.
? Familiarity with international quality levels
? Experience in Iron & Steel Industry is an advantage
? Proficiency in welding/requirements is an advantage


Requirements:
? pro-active
? Proficiency in English (written and oral); the candidate should have good English level
? basic knowledges in MS office
? experience in SAP is required
? Familiar with QMS ISO9001 system
