This position will either base in Shanghai or Shenzen
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive the execution of a vertical strategy that enables the business to achieve its growth target and vision of 3~5 years.
- Provide leadership and direction to profitably grow the industrial and healthcare verticals. Provide oversight and direction on strategic investments.
- Support SME’s overall market strategy in Asia, well understanding of SME’s reed switch, sensor and magnetics business and customer’s requirements.
- Identify new projects and effectively manage project pipeline. Work with account manager of territory and coordinate with internal/global cross function team to maximize the win rate of the pipeline
- Leverage existing, and develop new relationships with vertical key accounts at the executive/senior level.
- Align the strategies with global business development directors, product and engineering team.
- Be familiar with industrial, home appliance and healthcare market. Brief understanding of automotive market is a plus.
- Other tasks assigned by the director.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Engineering or business.
- 8 years+ of sales experience for components on industrial, with healthcare sales experience plus is preferred.
- Experience developing strategic plans.
- Outstanding Interpersonal / Relationships Skills.
- Good team work ability and experience with account management.
- Travel inside China frequently.
- Good English in reading, writing and oral.
