Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-line service via 800 toll-free service line customer, including inquiry, quotation, order in-take, after-sales service, etc;

2. Process quotation / order / inquiry from customers via fax and email;

3. Provide customer service to assigned accounts;

4. Other responsibilities that might be assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Chemistry, Life Science, Pharmaceutics or related discipline;

2. Customer oriented, patient and attention to details;

3. Excellent communication skills both oral and written;

4. Proficient in English;

5. Good Microsoft Office skill;

6. Experience in ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc) is a plus.
