岗位职责：

Job Responsibility:

1、负责日常项目邮件往来翻译和项目跟进工作；

Be responsible for daily email correspondence of project related issues and following up with the status of project.

2、负责公司各类设计图纸翻译；

Be responsible for doing translation of technical drawings.

3、负责与境外设计公司、国内业主方、酒店管理公司和顾问公司的项目接洽协调、会务安排和现场口译工作；

Be in charge of the coordination with design firms in China and from abroad, coordinate with domestic owners, hotel operators, and all relevant specialized consultants in terms of the project related issues, as well as making meeting arrangement and act as interpreter at such meeting.

4、负责落实跟进公司内部各项文案翻译工作；

Be responsible for doing translation of internal company documents.

5、协助上级领导完成其他各项工作任务。

Assist the superior instructor to finish all the tasks assigned.

岗位要求：

Position Requirements:

1、英语、商务、项目管理、环境艺术设计、建筑学等相关专业本科以上学历；

Master degree or above in majors like English, Business, Project Management, Environmental Art Design, Architectural Design, etc or majors similar to above.

2、有3年以上同行业相关工作经验，其中有至少1年以上项目管理经验；

3 years working experience in similar area is preferred. At least 1 year experience in project management.

3、英文口语表达及笔译能力强，有相关设计行业知识背景；

Excellent English proficiency, strong in both spoken and written, knowledge about the design field is preferred.

4、品貌端正，举止大方，工作责任心强，耐心细致，有亲和力，处事稳重，有团队协作精神；

Prefer someone with good appearance and liberal and dignified manners; strong sense of responsibility, patient and careful. Be amiable and mature as well as strong teamwork spirit.

5、从事建筑、室内相关行业技术翻译者优先；

Previous experience in doing translation for architectural design or interior design will enjoy the priority.

6、有出国留学背景优先考虑；

We give priority to those with background of having studied abroad.

7、能适应短期出差。

Be able to handle short business trips.
