职位描述：
1、根据公司发展战略， 制定执行 淘宝店铺 / 天猫店铺 的营销策划方案；
2、熟悉淘宝7大营销工具（直通车 / 淘客 / 淘江湖 / 卖霸 / 钻石展位 / 焦点图/店铺街）；
3、定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，给出切实可行的改进方案；
4、淘宝数据分析统计，热销产品走势，热门成交关键词的提取
5、负责淘宝店日常维护、产品更新、能独立操作店铺陈列，以增强店铺吸引力、产品销量；
6、客服团队的管理，监督，考核，优化；
7、制定销售计划，带领团队完成业绩目标；
8、客户关系维护，处理相关客户投诉及纠纷问题


任职要求：
1、2年以上淘宝商城 / 淘宝皇冠店 经验，熟悉淘宝店、天猫商城的运营规范；
2、娴熟使用直通车、淘宝客、钻展等营销推广工具；
3、熟悉淘宝的各类报名活动，例如聚划算、超优汇、淘金币、天天特价等；
4、性格开朗，责任心强，有冲劲，领导执行力强，具备独立处理问题的能力；
5、有手套、围巾、帽子等服饰类商品经验的优先考虑
