Responsibilities:
1.Petty Cash
Verifying the invoices together with Account to ensure the truth
Reconciling the fund periodically
Filing the relevant documents

2.Billing
Reviewing billing data from charge/sales order confirmation and purchase orders/invoice to ensure amounts and account numbers are accurate
Calculating billing charges and assigning billing numbers for tracking purposes.
Issuing invoices (Performa invoices, VAT invoices and invoices)
Submitting invoices for supervisory approval

3.Payment Collection
Being responsible for payment collection, and timely update the Sales and Logistic Dept the payment information.
Timely updating the payment information of orders in Navision

4.L/C
Being responsible for checking the clauses of L/C
Liaising with bank, Sale Dept and Logistic Dept for any L/C issue
Preparing the related documents for collecting payment

5.Other work assigned by management

Requirements：

1.Bachelor's degree in accounting or above.
2.Strong Excel skills as well as related software (Word, PowerPoint).
3.Hands-on and ability to work under tight deadlines; attention to detail; High readiness to work and capable to work under pressure.
4.Maturity, good communication skill, team spirit, positive, proactive etc.
5.Good comprehensive English including oral & writing.
