工作职责 Job Responsibilities:

1. 按照公司政策和流程要求，在权限范围内尽职调查，确保贷款申请资料的完整性和真实性；

According to the company policy and process, carry out the due diligent on-site visit to dealer sites in order to ensure the completeness and authenticity of the loan application materials

2. 对经销商总经理和财务经理进行访谈，了解公司管理、经营、财务、营运资金总需求和现有融资性负债情况等方面信息；

Conduct interview with GM and finance manager of dealers to understand the information in relation to company management, business operation, finance, the funding needs and the current financing structure, etc.

3. 在实地考核中发现任何负面信息予以及时反馈；

Provide timely feedback on any negative information found during the on-site visit.

4. 整理实地中所收集的资料，并根据实际情况、客观的编写实地报告。

Sort information and documents gathered and prepare the DD report accordingly.

任职资格Required qualification:

- 金融类，财务类专业本科学历，有1年以上相关行业经验；

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred, one year or above working experience in related industry.

- 良好的职业操守, 愿意在压力下工作，适应出差；

High standard of professional ethics, willing to work under pressure，accept business travel；

- 良好的沟通能力，工作积极主动，责任心强，优秀的观察分析能力，具团队合作精神；

Excellent communication skill, proactive, responsible, strong capability of observing and analyzing, and team spirit;

- 良好的财务信息分析能力，熟练操作各种办公软件

Good financial analytical skills, proficient in office software.
