Objectives:

Maintain and develop BASF catalyst business in China market. Cooperate with Process Catalysts & Technologies and other colleagues to increase BASF value in China.

Main Tasks:

• Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve sales target and market share, increase sales volume with reasonable profit;


• Collect market information, assist to analyze market demand and trend, implement sales and marketing strategies; develop key account plans and actions items


• Co-develop and enhance good relationship with engineering companies, association and influential producers to promote BASF brand and products; assist to build up partnership to increase efficiency of sales and marketing efforts;


• Closely follow up, develop and maintain good relationship with key (potential) customers, help solve supply and other problems to increase customer satisfaction;


• Collaborate with technical team, toprovide technical supports, proposals and solutions to customer to achieve product performance;


• Contribute to innovation of product and technical proposal, product and service package.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Chemical Process or Engineering, or relevant subjects


• Totally 4+ year experience in chemical industry. Preferred: experience in sales of catalysts or specialty/performance chemicals, or in petrochemical production or engineering.


• Process catalyst and petrochemical process.
