岗位职责：

1. 协调库管部门，整理公司相应单据，备档入册，以方便查阅；

2. 负责办理各类文件的收发、登记、整理、归档、保密工作；

3. 财务销售助理类；

4. 上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历，专业不限；

2、计算机操作熟练；

3、严密的逻辑思维，有处理突发性事件的应对能力；

4、严谨务实，工作主动积极，责任心强；具备良好的团队精神；

5、有相关工作经验者优先。
