Objective of Job
Lead site ICT team to provide ICT systems and services to business, leverage corporate and regional resources for ICT system development and project implementation, make proposal and deliver cost effective solution according to the business requirements.

Brief Task Description
1. Develop short, medium and long term ICT department work objectives and targets. 2. Take lead for engineering system implementation and other ICT project management. 3. Responsible to provide high quality ICT systems and support services to users.
4. Responsible for ICT budget plan and cost management.
5. Make proposal and recommendation for ICT operation improvement, adopt new
solutions in accordance with company standards, policies and processes.
6. Work as part of or lead global distributed teams.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor or higher degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related
2. Minimum 4 years' work experience as IT professional
3. Experience in project management, knowledge and experience with Teamcenter, SAP is preferred.
4. Strong communication and people management capability
5. Fluent Chinese & English (verbal and written) is required.
