- Office Management

o Responsible for our work space usability, order and cleanliness

o Hospitality for guests and new team members

o Relationship with landlord and suppliers

o Travel arrangements

o Manage contracts and monitor renewals and expirations

o Purchase office supplies, beverages and model making materials

o Prepare expense records and supplier payment requests

o Maintain relationship with government and partners

o Maintain correspondence records

- Accounting

o Fapiao printing

o Maintain Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable overview

o Cash flow management & forecast

o Maintain fiscal records

- HR

o Manage search for new interns/employees (local & foreign)

o Prepare payroll

o Manage social insurance and housing fund registrations

o Manage visa and work permits for foreigners

- Business Development and Project Support

o Text translations English to Chinese and Chinese to English

o Copy writing Chinese and English

o Translation support in meetings

o Explain our services to potential clients calling in
