职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责处理往来文件资料，信件，函电的接收与转达；
2、负责日常经营工作中文件的起草；
3、负责来访的接待、商务随行；
4、协助安排外出行程、翻译资料。
任职资格
1、26岁以下，女性，接受应届毕业生，上海户口优先；
2、性格开朗、直率；有责任心，能承受工作压力，团队协作能力佳，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
3、能适应出差；
4、大学本科以上学历，有良好的英语沟通能力，英语六级以上。
