Job Description ______________________________________________________________________________________



1. Business Support
- Provide administrative support in terms of office management and external communications
- Provide logistic support for both internal and external meetings upon request
- Manage the calendar and take a role as reminder
- Provide assistance to any projects that require the involvement
- Provide general support to ensure region efficiency
- Settle the related logistic and administrative arrangement
- Keep an order filing so that all key documentations are well kept and easily identified
- Planning and scheduling all travel logistics
2. Regional Supporting
- Coordinate Sales force on project if need.
- This position will require strong teamwork and close coordination with region and other department assistants as the role will ultimately support the region with administrative duties
- Arrange internal and external meeting logistics & meeting planning
- Be familiar with and effectively implement company operation policies and procedures
- To provide internal support to different functions to ensure smooth operation within the region and cross function
- To provide update region contacts and relevant information
- Assist team in controlling budget, contract filing

Requirements ______________________________________________________________________________________

1. Educational /Training
- University graduate
2. Working Experiences
- Around two years related working experience would be preferred
3. Excellent computer skills, especially significant experience using PowerPoint
4. Good Chinese and English communication skills, both in oral and written

Preferred:
Possess a pleasant personality is an added advantage.
Cold call experience.
