KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责:
A. General ledger
1. Routine accounting and financial activities including check original vouchers, make vouchers and payment
2. Prepare payment vouchers
3. Assist users or vendors on payment enquires
4. Maintain fixed assets register
5. Prepare daily cash report , monthly cash requirement
6. Prepare monthly breakdown&reconciliation: all GL accounts and bank
B. Annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecast
1. Prepare monthly/quarter forecast
2. Prepare annual budget
C. Taxation
1． Complete monthly taxation issue and statistical issue
2. Accountable for the good relationship with local authorities, bank and Tax bureau
D. Reporting, Including monthly , quarterly and annual report/package
1. Prepare above reports
2. Review the reports submitted from sites
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验
1. University graduate, with major in accounting or finance
2. At least 5 years relevant experience in multi-national company
3. Familiar with principles and practices of accounting and tax in China
4. Good knowledge of MS office, Kingdee accounting system plus
5. Good command of written and oral English
6. Willing to learn and attention to detail
