Purpose of the Job
Work with the Product Team on development of the software specification. Performs expert analysis, technical systems design and implementation for a variety of complex applications; works under limited supervision; performs additional duties as assigned; ability to create and document a conceptual and detailed design and write a code based on a conceptual description of the business logic

? Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout a project
? Perform technical feasibility study
- Communicate, analyze requirement from technical point of view
? Writes or updates software specifications
? Coordinates with BA/Product Manager to define problem, determine data availability, report requirements, and resolve system design problems
- Requirement analysis, technical documentation preparation and code development
? Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and designs complex systems to process data
? Analyzes procedures and systems to refine their formulation and convert to programmable formats

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experiences (and any other requirements)
? Demonstrated expertise with technical analysis
? Advance knowledge of principles, practices and procedure used in system analyst and design
? Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques
? Understands object oriented concepts and consistently applies to client engagements
? Ability to develop software based on the description of business logic, with good coding habit and documentation.
? Ability to identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, think logically in solving problems assigned.
? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and technical procedures
? Possesses knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures
? Minimum 4 years experience with the use of programming language with respect to analysis and design of application
? Experience in Healthcare software development, at least one of HIS, LIS, RIS, EMR, MIS will be a plus
? Required skills: ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, C#, C++,SQL script, Web 2.0, MySQL, MSSQL.
? Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with course work in such areas as computer science, and/or mathematics
