职位描述：
1. 软件界面、图标、细节设计
2. 软件用户体验分析，发现问题点，提出解决方案
3. 基于对软件整体理解，全方位提高软件易用性、用户体验、视觉效果
4. 安卓、ios app界面设计、优化、切图、调试
5. 网站视觉设计
6. 其他工作内容：领导交付的其他设计任务

岗位要求：
1. 深厚的平面设计功底，至少1-2年界面设计经验，热爱软件界面设计工作，擅长图标、界面设计
2. 能从用户的角度理解产品需求
3. 对UE(用户体验）有敏感度，并能实际提出自己见解，用相应工具表达出来
4. 有软件界面设计，app界面设计经验
5. 熟练使用设计软件如：ps,flash,ai
6. 熟悉html和prezi的优先考虑
