BACKGROUND
TLC Marketing Worldwide is a global marketing agency. We are a unique fusion of experienced marketeers and innovative deal makers whose skills combine to create, manage and deliver magical marketing & incentives campaigns to help our clients achieve their business goals.
JOB PURPOSE
To provide support to the sales team and Country Head, responsible for gathering, analysing and summarising information for reports for sales meetings and pitches.
CORE DELIVERABLES
? Produce the monthly sales report; including pipeline, conversion rates and sales revenues
? Working with the Account Director, produce weekly reporting on UK expenditure, forecasts and risk analysis
? Compile sales reports including boar d updates, spreadsheet updates and client status
? To attend meetings with the country head, take notes and gather information for the brief
? Allocate time for meetings scheduled from specific targets
? Preparation of proposals for the Country Head
? Conduct research and compile statistics and data for outgoing pitches
? Research and prepare information for client meetings
? Proactively support the sales team at all times
? Assist with ad-hoc tasks
? Undertakes projects

The role reports to Sales Director
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
? Experienced in communicating with clients and colleagues in all forms of written and verbal communication and is able to listen.
? Practiced in building effective working relationships with clients and work colleagues and uses these to add value to TLC and our clients. Can work in co-operation with others, share knowledge and experience and provide support to colleagues across the business.
? Can react well to changing priories, reorganise work plans and remain focused on the tasks in hand. Experienced in multi-tasking and working in an unpredictable environment.
? Understands the industry TLC operates in and can demonstrate this when communicating with clients. Aware of, economic and social trends, along with customer activities and factors this into their work.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Good attention to detail, ability to analyse, observe and summarise information.
? Good planning, time management and organisation skills.
? Works effectively with people at all levels.
? Intermediate knowledge of Excel, good knowledge of PowerPoint
