Position: Associate Consultant, Consultant

Pinnacle is an American based recruitment firm with office in
Shanghai since 2003. We focus on Information Technology function in Financial
Industry.

We are expanding our “family” and searching for Associate
Consultants, Consultants and Team Leaders. We provide a friendly and
multi-cultural working environment, with many high caliber clients and existing

Key Responsibilities:

?Conduct effective candidate searches (Cold calls, CV sourcing,
CV prescreening etc)

?Interview, assess and manage the candidates

?Create and build ongoing relationships with clients and
candidates alike

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

?Proven experience in executing recruitment assignments from
beginning to end

?Client focus and willingness to go the extra mile to meet
deadlines

?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

?Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
