1、承担部门所有对内、对外业务流程接口工作；
2、协同部门经理执行公司目标计划管理与绩效管理制度。
3、负责部门项目完成情况的跟进。
4、承担部门日常事务性工作，包括部门会议的组织管理、人员出勤管理等等。
5、对外沟通：负责外部沟通事宜，包括对公司其他部门的沟通协调，以及部门的外联工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历（计算机及相关专业毕业优先）。
2、熟练使用WORD,EXCEL、PPT等Office办公软件。
3、品行端正，待人和善，性格开朗，善于沟通。
4、具有良好的团队合作精神及服务意识。
5、责任心强，执行力强。
6、具备一年以上部门助理相关工作经验
