As a teammember to support the team to develop and promote non-solvent synthetic leather system in leather industry.

Objectives

Conduct technical activities to ensure the successful achievement of business objectives and to ensure that customer demand for reliable quality products can be met safely, cost effectively and timely.

Main Tasks

• Together with R&D team, develop cost-efficient and high performance non-solvent synthetic leather system according tocustomer requirements.
• Provide fast and best possible technical service to the customers. Follow up on customer complaints in a fast, efficient,and professional manner and assist customers in their problem solving in the best possible manner
• Collect marketing information, develop new customers, and coordinate closely with sales to achieve sales target;
• Promote the establishment of long term customer relationship to ensure a profitable customer base
• Prepare and keep documentation of all technical activities, finish all work according to quality system requirements
• Ensure that BASF and local SHE regulations are observed within the company, report any areas of concern to RQS Manager or Division Manager
• Coordinate closely with PD, QC, MM and QM to ensure that consistent quality batches are produced in a timely manner,and fine-tune formulations when necessary to achieve this target

Requirements

Education: Bachelor or above degree inChemistry,Polymer Science or similar

Working Experience: At least 5years of technical experience insynthetic leather industry

Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
