工作任务：Quality Engineer or SQE focused on supplier problems resolution/ monitoring and internal problem resolution and improvements
质量工程师或SQE，主要工作在于供应商问题解决/监控，以及内部问题的解决和改进。
1. manage supplier quality管理供应商质量
2. monthly PPM analylsis月度PPM分析
3. monthly scrap and cost analysis月度报废和成本分析
4. problem resolution问题解决
5. process audit and corrective action implementation过程审核并实施纠正行动
6. connection between quality/engineering/MFG/assembly联系质量部/工程部/生产部/装配部
7. problem analysis and resolultion问题分析及解决
8. internal process audit and corrective action implementataion, improvement内部过程审核并实施纠正计划，改进
9. drawings for quality fictures and quality tools.质量图表及质量工具绘制
10. monitor MFG and Assembly documentation completion监控生产和装配文件的完成

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历

2、Mechanical engineering.工程机械类专业

3、ISO9001 certificate ISO9001证书

4、3 years experience as quality engineer; 1 year experience as SQE ，3年质量工程师经验；1年SQE经验

5、machining process knowledge; 了解机加工工艺
6、drawing skill with autocad; autocad绘图
7、familiar with quality 5 tools and PPAP; 熟悉质量5大工具及PPAP
8、familiar with supplier management;熟悉供应商管理
9、familiar with supplier audit.熟悉供应商审核

10、Good communication skill in local language and English is preferred. 本地话及英语流利优先

11、Good coordination /Good teamwork;Be able to work independently;Good problem –solving ability;
12、Be able to face challenges and work under pressure 良好的协作/团队合作能力；能够独立工作；优良的问题解决能力；可以面对挑战，抗压工作

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family. We design, engineer and manufacture gearboxes, axial flux motors and its own in house designed inverters making them one ofthe few complete Powertrain drive system suppliers in the world.
