Responsibilities
Global Collaboration is part of SBS IS Infrastructure and is responsible to provide collaboration solutions to all Solvay collaborators based on Google Applications (GApps). This position will report to the Global Collaboration Operation Manager and the responsibilities are:
? Provide support for the day-to-day delivery of GApps
? Contribute to the development, implementation and the good implementation of procedures with the Global and Regional Infra teams and Service Desks
? Analyse recurrent incidents and propose corrective actions for improvement
? Support the adoption of GApps platform processes by IS Infra regional teams and helpdesks, more especially in Asia and inform them on issues or new capabilities / services
? Manage and contribute to projects related to GApps
? Manage service transition including documentation and support processes
? Design and build services of the GApps platform by proposing and executing studies; testing and evaluation of new capabilities and solutions.

Profile
? Bachelor Degree in IT or related qualifications
? Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience and expertise in email and document management platform; Google application knowledge is a plus.
? Knowledge of ITIL practices or equivalent would be appreciated
? Ability to analyze functional and technical needs and to develop solutions and identify business process improvements
? Customer service oriented and self-driven in managing user demands.
? Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team and multicultural environment
? Strong communication skills (verbal/written) in English and Mandarin to work with regional counterparts. French is a plus
? Ability to work remotely in a matrix environment with a worldwide distributed team is a must
? Travelling is required –Approximately 5 to 10 APAC Regional travels and 4 International travels per year on average
? This position will be based in either Singapore or Shanghai
