2. 职位目标综述Overall Purpose of Job

？ First and foremost; to ensure ICT resources for production are available and stable

？ Secondly; to ensure all “Customer” ICT related resources are available and stable

？ Provide support to End-Users in regards to procurement, usage, maintenance of both hardware and software.

？ Consult with Management to analyze computer systems. Determine scope and priorities of projects. Assess system capacities and perform equipment acquisitions.

？ Additionally; All IT System at the site are operating properly by providing monitoring, maintenance, support and administration.

？ Install, maintain, support, troubleshoot/repair all IT hardware and software at the facility

？ Ensure proper security tools are installed, configured and operating at optimal performance.

？ Ensure proper Backups are done with testing of restores and storage of backup media.

？ Meet all ICT Standard and Procedure requirements defined by global Front-Office and Back-Office directors.

？ Responsible for all Servers, Computers, network equipment and telephone systems.

？ Language Skills: Must be able to speak and write in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English languages.

？ All employees at the assigned location. ICT VP, Director and Managers and Any and all ICT employees.

？ Customer, Vendor, supplier, Internet Dealer, Telecommunication Provider, IT support services.

？ All communications including, spoken, written or electronically transmitted.

4. 主要职责-列出主要工作任务 Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:

？ Install, maintain, inventory, troubleshoot/repair all employee used IT equipment

？ Install maintain, inventory, troubleshoot/repair all Servers, backup devices, network equipment and telephone equipment;

？ Support the continuing use of both Inalfa Network and Internet；

？ Maintain a clean, organized, properly environmental controlled Server room or Data Center；

？ Understand and prepared to support electrical circuit breakers/switches that support IT equipment in Server rooms and working office area；

？ Configure, install, inventory troubleshoot/repair all telephone equipment；

？ Responsible for all Fixed Assets management, assignments, location and inventory；

？ Responsible for IT Security (firewall, user permissions, access) and building security (alarm systems, surveillance camera systems and DVRs)

？ Create, change and disable Active Directory (AD) computer accounts.

？ Properly notify responsible ICT individuals for all emergencies, concerns, account request, etc

？ Responsible for processing all data backup and restore requirements. Create, test and validate disaster recovery procedures.

？ Support or find needed support of all Software related requests or problems including Infor10, BAAN, PLM application, email, etc

？ Document network topology for the local network.

？ Negotiates and establishes contracts for technical personnel, system support and vendor provided services and products.

？ Utilizing Inalfa’s global Helpdesk System to support end-users.

5. 关键任职资格Key Competencies:

？ Knowledge of Microsoft Server OS and client OS including Windows XP, Windows 7.

？ Knowledge of Server hardware and Server functions including Domain Controllers, Email Servers, Fileservers.

？ Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the complete MS Office suite of software.

？ Knowledge of IP Protocol, .Net frame, Cisco hardware and IOS including but not limited to router, switch, wireless access points, etc.

？ Good Knowledge of IT systems setup and maintenance for Printers, fax, copiers, projectors, scanners, etc

？ Good understanding of Tape Library data backup systems and backup policies.

6. 学历与经验Education and Experience:

？ College degree or above with major in computer related area

？ At least 3 years related working experience responsible for IT systems

？ Preferred but not mandatory; Microsoft and/or Cisco Certifications.
