职位描述
Responsibilities
1.Work closely with engineering teams to test and build up and coming internal end user solutions.
2.Maintain and administrate a variety of back end support systems for the Service Desk.
3.Test and develop proof of concept initiatives that lead to a better end user support platforms.
4.Responsible for back end support tools and tier three escalated requests.
5.Responsible for supporting VM sessions and troubleshooting
6.Assist Tier 2 and 3 to provide escalated desktop support for all end users.
7.Assist, guide and provide end user training material as required.
8.Manage and maintain asset inventory database.
9.Maintain all Service Desk and End User documentation up to date.
10.Adheres to all policies and procedures concerning all confidential information including but not limited to internal use and restricted information, including Protected Consumer Information (PCI) and Protected Health Information (PHI).
11.Adheres to all Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
12.Administers duties as defined by the Green Dot performance review plan within the required deadlines.
13.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
· Must have excellent customer service skills.
· Must have excellent telephone, listening and communications skills.
· Must have excellent documentation and organizational skills.
· Must maintain a high level of teamwork and communication.
· Must have a minimum 10 years of experience on Windows Desktop Support with a strong understanding of software and hardware implementations.
· Must have at least 5 years of experience on supporting Apple systems including tablets and other iDevices.
· Must have excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to details (able to think outside the box).
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
· Must be proficient with a variety of Apple Operating Systems.
· Must be proficient on Microsoft Messaging platforms, Outlook and Exchange.
· Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms.
· Must be a strong and proficient administrator of Active Directory.
· Must be able to work with a high level of discretion in sensitive assignments.
· Must be proficient with e-discovery processes and maintain chain of custody for collected data.
· Must be proficient with all MS Office Applications.
· Must be fluent in English
· Must be willing to travel as needed.
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 65lbs.
