职位概述：
? Take charge of material handling for the whole company including goods receive，warehouse management，production supply and goods shippin
? 负责物流部厂内物流的操作，包括收料、入库、库房管理、生产线物料供补及成品发货
? Inventory monitor，making and monitoring the cycle count plan (daily, monthly and yearly), ensure the inventory accuracy
? 负责系统帐的监控、安排循环盘点及年度盘点, 确保库存准确率达到部门年度目标
? Tracking 、monitoring and achieving the logistics KPI target ( such as downtime, stock accuracy)
? 跟踪、监控并确保物流现场的年度KPI目标的实现 （如停线时间和库存准确率等指标）
? Logistics budget and cost control, continuous improvement plan for cost efficiency.
? 负责物流预算和成本控制， 及成本效率不断改进的计划
? Making, Optimizing and Monitoring the working process to have a good instruction for the daily job
? 建立，优化及监督物流工作流程及操作指导，指导每日操作工作
? 5S implementation responsible for all kinds of customer audit for on-site management.
? 5S的实施及其所有客户对现场管理的审核
? Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety
? 持续改进现场工作，并遵守安全工作规范
? Focus on team development, people training and performance evaluation
? 关注团队建设、发展，人员培训以及绩效考核工作
? Work within the guidelines of the Cosma China Associate Handbook

职位要求：
? Bachelor degree or above, major in packaging, logistics, IE, supply chain management or other related subjects is preferred.
? 要求大学本科及以上学历，主修包装、物流、IE、供应链管理或其他相关的科目者优先
? Knowledge of logistics and material handling in auto component manufacturing company.
? 具备在汽车部件制造公司的物流和物料搬运的知识
? At least 5 years working experience in foreign corporations or joint ventures in logistic side and 1 year experience in management level
? 在外资和合资企业的物流管理职能至少五年的工作经验，及1年以上的管理经验
? Inventory control experience is preferred.
? 具备库存控制经验的人优先考虑
? Be familiar with manufacturing operation Quality system requirement in Auto components field, including TS16949, 5S and ISO14001 etc.
? 要求在汽车零部件领域，熟悉工厂操作的质量体系，包括TS16949、ISO14001和5S等
? Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
