职位描述:
1、 组织参与项目的创意构思、文案，能独立撰写活动方案；
2、 制定线上活动项目提案，制定各种适合客户的营销推广方式，并整合各种互动营销的方式，提升效果，；
3、 监督执行所负责项目的创意构思和方案，积极配合品牌及市场推广活动，扩大行业客户对公司的认知度，增加网站和移动端广告投放比率；
4、 负责项目文件的处理与存档、档案的收集与整理等；
5、 完成上级交办的其他工作；

职位要求：
1、专科以上学历，艺术策划、广告传媒、市场营销等相关专业，熟练操作各种办公软件；
2、1年以上活动策划及执行经验，具有良好的活动规划能力，熟悉提案流程、技巧，具有良好的心理素质、积极处事的态度；
3、思维清晰，逻辑能力强，有较强的创意及策略思考能力，具备一定的文字功底和文字驾驭能力；
4、有进取心、责任心强、工作踏实勤奋；
5、具有高度的工作热情，热爱挑战，有广告公司工作经验者优先。
