Responsibilities

？Consistently optimize the operation capacity to reach the SLA under the condition of acceptable cost and qualified performance;
？Continuously monitor and improve the operations process and get necessary internal operations support, e.g., human resources, financial process, business system set-up etc.
？Generate operation process, strategy and reporting system based on fully understand business process and objective ;like CRM Campaign; Call Center.
？Build good relationships and lobby with existing client as well as relevant authorities

？Enhance Operation Group effectiveness, responsible for people development; support delivery as well as team cohesiveness

？Responsible for business planning, budgeting, and participate in the presales support , pitch, implementation;

Requirements

？Recognized University degree or above, science or business management major and overseas background is preferred

？10 years working experience with multinational companies, at least 4 years of management experience

？Experienced in call center /letter shop/ supply chain operation mgmt, like Staffing, Training and Quality mgmt, Productivity mgmt, On-site mgmt, Operational process mgmt
？Client & customer focus with strong interpersonal skill and effective communication skill
？Quality Certification in COPC, ISO, 6 Sigma or HPMT would be preferred
？Ability to develop strong working relationships with management and external resources
