Assist senior lab Manager to develop & manage the high efficient people group, KPI achievement and effective management in micro lab.

2.Dimensions (the relevant facts & figures relating to the job, e.g. Production volume, sales target, headcount cost in control)
？Lead to develop & Optimize test methods, ensure the methods are practical and suitable
？Keep Micro lab run smoothly to align with ISO 17025
？Identify the opportunity of improvement, establish high-efficiency groups.
？To implement & maintain WISE, Damawy, and other ISO systems effectively
？Keep smooth communication with other professional lab, such as authority Labs, the 3rd party labs


3.Duties and Areas of Responsibilities (specific duties to be performed – input, in points not more than 10)

？Supervise and coordinate daily activities of micro chemical lab, Ensure test data safety.
？Lead to ISO 17025 activity effectively
？Build up organization such as staff capability analysis and support people development.
？Plan & assign resource to optimize the effectiveness of lab running.
？Lead the group to develop & optimize testing methods.
？Plant environment monitoring and product ES/EB control

？Ensure lab to provide accurate and timely result, achieve Department KPI
？No safety accident in lab
？Expand QC test methods of ISO17025

？Internal: Operations, R & D, QFS team
？External: 3rd part authority labs

6.Decision Making Authority & Controls (Decisions the jobholder can make without reference, areas where recommendations can be made, job procedures to be followed)

？Micro lab resource arrangement
？Issue Corrective actions report

7. Minimum Requirement of Incumbent :

Education: Master with major microbiology & toxicology area
.
Experience: (e.g. years, relevant experience and etc.)

1.About 3-5 years of microbiology & toxicology experience, special for test methods development, project management and Initiate quality monitoring scheme

2.Establish communication to both internal and external customers with strong customer orientation by structured system and procedure.

3.At least 3 years experience of team management, dimensions is more than 5 persons.

Special Knowledge & skill: (i.e. key core competencies)
Good computer and lab test skills. Competent working English preferred.
