该职位工作地点在浦东金桥工业区，公司提供班车。
OVERALL PURPOSE:
Support the quality assurance activities in handling customer complaints or inquiry, ensure internal process standardization and change control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and support the product realization validation/ qualification and help the site to be qualified by customers in time.
Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance processes; including NCR/CAR/Deviation management process; Change Control Management, etc.
Arrangement and preparation of internal and external audit and the follow-ups.
Coordinate customer complaint/ inquiry handling between M&S and Operations.
Coordinate product specification setting.
PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES :

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES :
Bachelor degree or above; engineering background is preferred.
Good command of English and Chinese, both oral and written.
Preferred: at least 2 years experience in QA relevant jobs; handling and execute audit, leading customer issues discussion. Familiar with issues in LCD manufacturing.
