职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责公司招聘、培训、员工入职、转正、离职等工作的综合管理；
Responsible for recruiting, training, integrated management on hiring, full member application, leaving and other work;
2、 负责公司员工薪酬、福利、社会保险等工作的综合管理；
Responsible for the comprehensive management of staff salaries, benefits, social insurance and other work;
3、 做好员工考勤、奖惩管理。并调查各部门对考勤、奖惩的执行情况；
Responsible for employee’s attendance, incentive management and survey of attendance, rewards and punishments of the implementation of every departments;
4、 相关人事工作联络以及有关疑难的解答工作；
Contact the relevant HR work and answers about the difficult work;
5、严格执行公司各项制度，各种信息及时录入，并定期整理数据，向上级领导
出具数据分析结果；
Strictly follow the rules and company system, all kinds of information and timely input, and organize data on a regular basis to superiors and Issue the results of data analysis;
6、 参与部门管理；
Participation in sector management;
7、 配合其他部门有关工作；
Work with other departments;
8、 承办领导交办的其他工作。
Undertake other tasks assigned by the leadership.
任职要求：
1、 人力资源相关专业；
HR Majors or relevant major
2、 大学英语六级优先，口语基本能够与外国人交流沟通；
CET-6 is a plus, can communication with foreigners;
3、优秀的语言和文字表达能力，良好的沟通、协调能力，较强的策划、计划、
组织、执行能力，善于观察分析；
Excellent spoken and written language skills, good communication and coordination skills, strong planning organization, implementation capacity, good observation and analysis skills;
4、及时领悟主管意图,工作效率高,服务意识强；
Timely insight director intentions, high efficiency, strong sense of service;
5、 耐心细致，有责任心，具有保密意识；
Be patient and meticulous, responsible, have a sense of confidentiality
6、 了解人力资源各个模块；
Understanding of the various modules of human resources;
7、 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
Skilled use of office software and automation equipment, have basic knowledge of the network;
