POSITION: Leasing Manager / Senior Manager – Retail 租赁经理/ 高级经理（零售）


COMPANY: A reputable property developer & holding company, listed in Hong Kong. Its headquartered in Shanghai, is the flagship property company of the Group; consolidating its prime developments in the China mainland market.

The Group’s projects feature unique commercial, residential hotel and mixed-use developments. It focuses on two main business segments in Mainland China; namely City Core Development Projects, which are large-scale, urban, mixed-use redevelopments; and Integrated Residential Development Projects, which are high-quality residential developments offering quality living conditions at convenient locations.


LOCATION: Shanghai


REPORTING TO: Assistant General Manager - Leasing


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Be responsible for leasing execution including but not limited for: Market positioning & Trade & tenant mix;
- Be responsible for retail leasing and pre-leasing strategy;
- Be responsible for leasing program management, tenant relationship management;
- Coordinate with relevant cross-functions to facilitate the leasing progress and project operation;
- Analyze Shanghai retail property market including comparable projects, market rent, retailer movement and market transaction
- Lead a retail leasing team
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.


REQUIREMENTS:

- At least bachelor’s degree in real estate management or related disciplines
- More than 10 years’ experience in leasing function in large property developer or overseas experience preferred
- Strong market sense and proactive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and team work.
- Result oriented with a high level of integrity
- Excellent in spoken and written English & Chinese
