The successful candidate will:

· Be responsible for sales operations (60%) and customers’ relationship management (40%)

· Support the sales team as required during the sales process

· Update and Maintain the sales contract summary weekly and customer contact database periodically

· Assist marketing events with marketing Dept. and provide details of all new contacts to the marketing team for entry into the marketing database

· Assist with processing of sales contracts to ensure a rapid turn-around of issues and paperwork

· Assist sales team to keep sales projections up-to-date in the Salesforce system

· Coordinate responses to RFIs and RFPs and compiling into the finished response document, ensuring that they are sent in the format required and on time

· Maintain a database all proposals and responses

· Assist with telephone follow-up to marketing initiatives

· This role presents an opportunity to progress into a direct sales role in the future

Qualifications and Skillset

Education:

· Bachelor degree (or higher) in finance/computer science or business related degrees

Essential:

· Prior experience in a similar role in a software or services company

· Ability to prepare and edit verbal and written communications, reports and presentations

· Ability to relate easily to other people

· Excellent Microsoft Office skill, especial for Microsoft Excel

· Mandarin speaker, with excellent written skills

· Fluency in English, read and written

Desirable:

· Prior experience in sales admin or a junior sales role would be beneficial

· Excellent English communication (written and reading) and interpersonal skills

· Responsible, methodical and organised

· Self-learner

· Team player

· Strong problem solving

· Good presentation skills

· Energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
