职位描述
Overview of the Position :
- To contribute to the "localization program" by performing the Product Qualification of the equipments (including process skid)
. To secure the quality of the Sidel equipments ( including but not specifically process skid equipments) manufactured in Beijing plant.
. To ensure the product is in accordance with the Sidel's standard
. Globally to contribute to the good satisfaction of Customers (External and Internal)
- To be responsible of the local component qualification including
Provide to Quality / Sourcing Departments the proper specifications of the component to localize
Build up a qualification dashboard for each localized component
To share the pualification plan with the various module owners based in product division
To follow-up and track the new components on the customer field
To analyze the test results and make "go-no go" decision for component release
To ensure the information system (SAP) is updated according to the qualification results
- To be responsible for the product release by verifying the equipments meet the specifications (hygien, performance, safety...)
- To track and troubleshoot engineering issues related to assembly and machine operation.
- To participate in actions and programs aimed to improve the global performance of SIDEL Beijing (cost reduction, productivity, improvement...)
- To perform requested personalization according to customer requirement
- Model on CAD system 3D skids, execution of detail drawings and Process & Fluid diagrams
- Management of process and machine BOM
- Follow up of manufacturing of process skids
- Support the production and field activities regarding piping and process.
- Management of Non conformities and introduction of Engineering Change Order
Education & Languages :
- Fluent in written and speaking English.
- Knowledge in French or Italian is a must.
- Basic knowledge in Cad system (Solidworks, Autocad),
- Basic knowledge in ERP system as SAP would be a must.
- Good capability of communication, and especially in documentation writings.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Professional Skills & Experience :
- Technical background in mechanical & fluid process engineering.
- Ideally experience in alimentary industry (engineering, manufacturing of field experience can be evaluated)
- Availability to travel is requested
- Strong leadership is required.
