POSITION SUMMARY:

Will operate and maintain multiple Advantek Embossing presses. Operators must keep accurate records and follow all procedures pertaining to press operation to ensure that we uphold Advantek’s mission statement, “Committed to Providing Superior Product Value.

严格按照规定的操作方法操作Advantek 公司的各种生产机器，严格按照部门要求完成各项任务和目标。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Responsible for operating multiple presses. 负责操作与工作相关的生产机器

§ Responsible for following established procedures. 严格执行公司规定的生产程序

§ Responsible for meeting Quality goals. 保质保量，达到公司质量目标要求

§ Competent utilization of the co-extruder. 熟练运用共挤出设备

§ Continuous visual inspection/observation of finished product. 在生产过程中，经常对完成的产品做目检

§ Accurate and legible labeling of product and boxes. 确保使用正确的产品和包装箱标签

§ Make accurate transactions in inventory system (barcode/data entry). 正确输入生产过程中的数据和条形码

§ Daily housekeeping of work area and facility. 保持工作区域和机器清洁

§ Delivering regular samples to the Quality Assurance department. 定时给质量管理部门送样品

§ 按要求准确填写各项记录

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

§ Possesses working experience on plastic compounding, injection molding, or film manufacturing. 具有塑料共混、注塑、挤出经验

§ Requires strong organizational skills to keep up with the demand of running multiple presses. 有很好的条理性，可以操作不同的机器

§ Teamwork and communications skills are required to ensure a cheerful environment. 具有团队精神，善于沟通，营造积极的工作环境

§ Basic math skills required for ensuring correct order quantities. 基础数学知识，明确产品数量

§ Basic English communication skills. 懂基础英文

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Ability to be on their feet for the duration of their shift. 可以平稳的站立在机器旁操作一个班次

Ability to lift up to 20# regularly, and up to 40# occasionally. 可以举起来20磅, 需要时可以举起来40磅
