QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
University graduation or professional certification
Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry
Minimum 3 years ERP hands-on use work experience and must be well versed in the ERP Finance and MM (Materials Management): Purchasing, Production Planning, Sales and Distribution
Knowledgeable for systems/software/IT and the IBM AS/400/iSeries/System i
Independent, Initiative, strong ability on problems solving
Cross functional areas program management experience
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledgeable for business practices
Good English communication skills both in speaking and writing;
Good teamwork
Available to travel within China and to North America/Europe
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the CMS template from a global perspective,help keep the MP&L specialists in all regions openly communicating and sharing ideas with each other
As the program manager, champion the CMS implementation in Cosma China plants.
Keep global specialists involved in the building and ongoing growth of the global CMS template.
Support regional specialists as needed to ensure they are able to effectively train divisional key users. Key users must be sufficiently trained and understand their training to the level that they can, in turn, train their division.
Involved and informed of all implementations of the CMS template globally. Work with regional specialists and understand divisional challenges/issues. Leverage other global resources as required to ensure successful implementations.
On an ongoing basis, respond to requests for support from regional specialists. Utilize internal and external resources as required to resolve issues.
Leading business process standardization with specific SME groups world-wide
Coordinate requests for global reporting/data mining initiatives for Cosma International and Magna International
Support regional specialist in training Key Users at divisions
Other duties as may be required.
