Job Roles

This is a full time for motivated
professionals with extensive knowledge and utility applications. The primary
function will be focusing on design to projects, sales support and site service
of Contact Element to customer. The success in this position requires efficient
communications skills, strong motivation of learning new techniques and project
experience.

Job Function

1. Help to promote BAUMANN as the leading supplier of
   contact element solutions in China;
2. Convince customers in Contact
   Element application with focus on automotive;
3. Handle technical complaints of local customers
   promptly and professionally
4. Support local technical
   projects (e.g. build-up of local test lab for the CE behavior,);
5. Support sales’ daily job on technical advice for
   Chinese customer
6. Engage the customers’ technical
   department regularly to understand the potential needs and development of technology through regular visits and structured meetings;
   
   
7. Coordinate with team members to meet customers’
   requirements;

Qualification
and Requirement

1. 
   
   Bachelor in Engineering, Electromechanical is preferred
2. Experience working in electric industry, at least 3 years’ relevant working experience. Working in Automotive/Connection is plus
3. Willing and being able to learn Contact Element application quickly, experience of applying Contact Element application is a plus
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must, design software (Solidworks/Auto-CAD) is a must
5. Worked with international company is preferred, Interested to work for a Swiss Company
6. Good communication skills and willing to travel

职责范围：

主要负责针对于中国区客户项目的方案设计以及应用解答，给销售团队提供技术支持。

1. 致力于为把宝马弹簧打造为中国领先供应商的战略规划。
2. 处理国内客户的方案咨询与设计，处理客户工程使用问题以及客户的投诉。
3. 说服客户在电动汽车领域使用弹簧触指作为联接方式，快速专业的响应客户技术需求。
4. 支持本地的产品研究项目。（比如弹簧触指的产品属性以及应用研究）
5. 支持销售的日常工作，比如必要的技术支持，客户拜访
6. 经常参与客户的技术研讨会，定期联系客户技术部门以了解客户的需求和产品发展趋势
7. 协调整个项目组以完成客户的需求

任职要求

1. 本科学历，工科类，机电一体化，机械工程，电子工程尤佳。
2. 工业电联接行业3年相关工作经验，有汽车行业或者接插件行业工作经验尤佳。
3. 愿意并且能够很快掌握弹簧触指的知识及应用，如有弹簧触指应用经验尤佳。
4. 英语，普通话流利，掌握3D/2D设计软件（比如Solidworks和AutoCAD）。
5. 愿意在瑞士企业里工作，有国际公司工作经验者优先。
6. 优良的沟通经验，能够适应出差。
