职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES 职责
- Manage order process(including Keyuan. VRI Asia. customers,etc…) mainly: order entry; confirm with client; update order status; control the delivery by customer’s payment terms; amendment of the original po if necessary ;coordinate between customers and VRI SH or other Factory.
管理订单流程，主要是：订单的录入，与客户确认，及时
更新订单情况，确认客户的收获与付款事宜；在客户与工
厂之前进行沟通。
- Arrange the domestic shipments to customers and inform them.
负责国内客户的产品运输与信息沟通。
- Maintain customer data and price list
维护客户资料以及报价单。
- To track customer complaints
解决客户投诉。
- Distribute monthly sales report to the relevant persons.
向相关人员发布阅读销售报告。
REQUIREMENTS 要求
- University degree and Scientific & Technological English major is preferred.
本科学历，科技英语专业最佳。
- Minimum 3 years working experience of customer service handing, import/export business and invoicing.
三年以上关于进出口业务的客服工作经验。
- Good tactics in dealing with complains & be resourceful in resolving problems.
具有处理客户投诉的技巧丰富的解决问题的经验。
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure
出色的沟通能力能够承受有压力的工作
- Good command of English both verbal and written, good skills in MSOFFICE and BPCS system。
良好的英语口头与书写能力，掌握MSOFFICE与BPCS系统
