Work Location: 上海中山公园地区

Job title: Sale Representative 销售代表（外贸类）

Responsibilities: 职责

1. Make the sales plan制定销售计划

3. Contact with potential customers 联系潜在客户

4. Take part in negotiation about price 报价，参与销售价格谈判

6. Sales agreement management 销售合同管理

7. Sales order follow-up 日常销售订单跟催；

8. Payment management 货款跟催

9. Service deals and resolution for critical issues, proactively identifying, communicating, driving and resolving all customer-related issues including customer complaints 客户沟通，客户需求解决，包括客户投诉处理

10. Maintain correct customers and sales information in system and update timely. 管理客户档案

11. Any other tasks requested by supervisor 其他上级交代的任务

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; relevant in construction wholesale and retail industry is preferred; 三年以上销售经验，有建材批发、零售业销售经验优先考虑

Familiar with sales-supplier professional knowledge, with resources of customers is preferred. 通晓销售供应专业知识，有客户资源的优先录用

Good at communication, negotiation and coordination具备良好的沟通能力、谈判技巧和协调能力

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 优秀的英语听说读写能力

Result-oriented with good work ethic and can work under pressure. 具备良好的职业道德素质，抗压能力强

Familiar with electrical products, lighting, pipes, ventilations, sanitary, AC and so on. 熟悉电子、电气、灯具、管件、阀门、卫浴、制冷空调等相关产品；

Education background:

• University bachelor degree or above, major in Sales / International trade is preferred.

本科及以上学历，销售、国际贸易等相关专业优先考虑

• The experience with studying or working oversea is preferred.

有海外留学或工作经验优先考虑
