JOB STATEMENT:

Operations & Product Assistant is the person who provides operation and daily support to line manager which is helpful in running the office smoothly.
Daily job will focus on

1. Email correspondence in English.
2. Documentation and file management, maintain filing systems for all relevant data collection.
3. Participate in proposal draft and discussion, attending meetings as needed.
4. Preparation for operation, signage printing and material draw up etc.
5. Supervise the project from intern.
6. Office property care.
7. Operation refers to deliver Turnaround service, Shore excursions, Pre & Post hotel accommodation, Transfer service and other specific services to global luxury cruise, the major port is basing in Dongjiang, Tianjin which names Tianjin International Cruise Homeport.
   

QUALIFICATION:

• College degree and above
• Ability to express ideas clearly in English, via both written and oral communications.
• Ability to undertake and follow up action independently.
• Be familiar with office software application
• Be strong responsible, reliable and flexible.
• Financial support experience is a plus
