ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
(The fundamental job duties)
1. Assist in special events, such as company annual celebration, board meeting and farewell party, etc.
2. Coordinate and communicate with different sides (both internal and external) when organizing an activity
3. Make detailed arrangements for foreign visitors, hotel, transportation, meal and welcome gifts, etc.
4. Prepare different surveys, collect all the feedback and make analysis.
5. Manage vendors, hotel and other external contacts.
6. Assist in edit the office newspaper and connections.
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(The requirements that an individual must absolutely possess to perform the essential functions of the job.)
1. College or above degree.
2. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
3. Good at Office Software, especially ppt. and excel.
4. Skills such as communications, effective organizational, time and stress management.
5. Experience on holding big event.
6. Be creative and flexible
NON-MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(Not absolutely required, but will enhance the applicant's/employee's chances for success.)
1. 2-3 years working experience in joint venture or wholly owned venture is preferred.
2. Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
3. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
