Job Description:

1) Ability to evaluate assembly technology goal, establish and improve technology

2) Good knowledge in machine design theory and principle.

3) Ability in designing and improving jigs on the assembly wires.

4) Manage helping tools and devices, Make sure them adapt to production capacity

5) Ability in evaluate the quality requirement to key assembly control point

6) Arrange work process at the workplace

7) Able to solve actual assembly problem

8) Good communication skills with related technical department

9) Supervise workman to meet technical requirement correctly

10 Good knowledge in computer operation and CAD software

11) Carry out any other duties assigned by company

工作职责：

1. 有能力评估装配工艺目标，建立和完善装配工艺技术

2. 熟悉机械设计的理论和原则

3. 有能力设计和改进装配线上工装夹具

4. 车间设备管理，保证设备能满足产能

5. 有能力评估对装配关键控制点质量要求

6. 能合理安排生产车间工作流程位置

7. 能解决实际装配工艺问题

8. 与相关部门有良好的交流和沟通能力

9. 能正确指导车间生产人员达到生产技术要求

10. 有熟练的电脑操作能，能使用CAD软件

11. 执行公司分配的其它工作任务

Job Specification：

1) Qualification: degree in mechanical, 3 years plus the related experience

2) Experience: Related technical work experience, good knowledge in production process and machining process, experience in machine industry

4) Essential Attribute: Good ability to analyze and solve problem

5) Good negotiation and facilitation skills

6) Good English both oral and written (German knowledge as optional)
