职位概况：
? Check and approve the purchasing request the spare part monitor submits
? 审核并批准备件班长提交的请购单
? Create purchasing orders according to ROP for the spare parts which have been contracted with one supplier; Email orders to the suppliers and follow the orders.
? 根据ROP生成已定点物料的拉动单，下达给供应商并监控到货情况
? Follow purchasing request input of emergency goods.
? 跟踪急送件请购单补入
? Check the daily cycle counting.
? 监控每日循环盘点
? Help the monitor to do the counting difference analysis and adjustment.
? 协助班组长进行盘点差异分析及调整
? Analyze the data of material consume and update the Min/Max.
? 物料领用数据分析及库存更新
? Be familiar with the use of key parts and expendables.
? 掌握关键备件及耗材的使用情况
? Communicate with other department when things happen.
? 发现异常，同相关部门有效沟通
? Do the warehouse layout and improvement.
? 备件库Layout规划及持续改善
? Update and improve the procedures and work instructions of warehouse.
? 备件仓库相关流程的优化、更新
? Make sure the procedures run well; confirm the accuracy of part in and out.
? 确保备件仓库相关流程的执行，监控出入库准确性
? Manage and train the warehouse people.
? 备件仓库人员的管理与培训
? Work with the maintenance to push the spare part standardization and localization.
? 同维修部一起推动备件标准化和国产化
职位要求：
? Bachelor and above degrees from universities, major in logistics, mechanical engineering or other related subjects.
? 要求大学本科及以上学历，主修物流、机械或其他相关的科目
? Minimum 2 years of working experience of logistics or mechanic maintaining.
? 至少两年从事物流或设备维修的工作经验
? Inventory control experience is preferred；ERP experience is preferred.
? 具备库存控制经验的人优先考虑，有ERP操作经验者优先考虑
? Be familiar with Excel.
? 熟练Excel操作
? Good learning ability and strong learning will

? Good communication and coordination skills.
