Biolin Scientific is looking for a Field Service Engineer for its Chinese Technical Service team based in Shanghai. The role will utilize and develop technical as well as communication skills to help deliver a mixture of customer service and maintenance activities. Furthermore, the position offers an exciting mix of outgoing service and work with central elements in our own technical service department, collaborating with colleagues in Customer relations, R&D and Production.
Responsibilities:
*Perform product installations and maintenance
*Provide routine customer service support and troubleshooting
*Add sales to the collaborating departments
Qualifications:
*2-5 years’ working experience
*BS degree or above in robotics, instrument, electronics
*Basic electronics, mechanical and good analyze skills
*Good communication skills
*Good English and computer skills
*Significant travel may be required
