职位描述
Customer Services Manager, Shanghai
? Arrange group registrations for bulk deals and give instructions to individuals
? provide professional counselling services
? organise Information Day sessions and orientations for corporate and individual students
? Lead lapse prevention and recovery campaign and strategy to ensure net lapsing target on track
? Lead exam entry campaign and series of tactics to improve exam pass rate, and achieve the papers passed per student target
? Student progression and conversion
? Coordinate value programmes for exam complete and students
? Liaise and arrange for CIMA examinations
? Enhance and facilitate the establishment and maintenance of exam centres
? Liaise with corporate office with students issues
? Maintain & develop CIMA students club
? Planning students study group
