Job Title/职位: EHS Engineer / EHS工程师
Reports to/上司: EHS Supervisor /.EHS 主管
Summary of Job Function and Target
工作职责和目标
-Implement and improve EHS management system in MES by following China & local relevant legislations, company EHS rules and stakeholder’s requirements. To better protect life/property safety and maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors within 3 MES plants.
通过遵守国家EHS法规、迈梭上海公司的环境健康安全要求以及相关方对于环境健康安全的要求来执行并不断改善迈梭上海的环境健康安全制度，创建更好的安全工作环境来确保迈梭上海3个工厂的员工生命安全及公司资产的安全。
-Ensure compliance with EHS Management standards and all local EHS laws / regulations on a consistent basis via a regular series of audits, follow-up, education, training and reports.
通过检查、跟踪、培训教育和报告等形式确保公司运营符合环境健康安全管理体系及当地EHS法律法规的要求。
-Others HR Admin support like Shuttle bus, Canteen, safety guard and other facility coordinator etc.班车、食堂、公司保安等其他的行政管理。
Specific Responsibilities:

-Establish and improve the file management and program on production safety, occupation health safety management system, monitor the system implementer effectively.
负责建立、完善工厂安全生产、职业健康、消防管理的安全管理系统，并负责该监督该系统的有效实施，帮助公司取得相应的证书及满足客户的要求。
-Be responsible for auditing production safety, correct and indicate or handling the staff's deregulation, help find and avoid potential safety problems in professional techniques with management administrators.
负责工厂的日常定期及不定期的安全生产检查，及时指出、纠正、并处理员工违规操作或设备问题, 以专业的眼光帮助公司管理层发现及消除安全隐患。
Initiate and monitor incidents/accidents and provide rapid response, investigation and reporting of all emergencies.
报告所有的紧急事件，对发生的事故事件提供及时的响应并开展调查。
-Coordinate and maintain good relation with local related government like safety, Fire-Protection and etc.
对外协调和保持与当地政府相关部门良好的关系，定期沟通和接待政府拜访，保证政府政策的及时更新及落实。
- Assistant to monitor maintenance equipment with 3 plants and solve problem solution.
协助监管工厂的设备安全维护水、电、空调等的协调，及时发现和处理不良问题。
-Ensure to establish a safety, health, good working environment with 3 plants.
确保建立一个安全、健康、良好的工作环境。
Be in charge of safety training (third class), ensure all employees must be educated & trained on safe production before starting to work.
负责指导并实施全厂三级安全培训，保证员工培训后安全上岗。
-Others HR Admin support like Shuttle bus, Canteen, safety guard and other facility coordinator etc.
班车、食堂、公司保安等其他的行政管理。
-Others jobs assigned by HR manager or company management.
其他由公司或上司指定的工作。
Know-How Requirements
职位要求
-Above college, majored in mechanical or electronic.
大专以上学历，主修机械或电子专业。
-At least 2 years related experience as Safety Engineer or EHS with manufactory industry in foreign enterprise.
至少2年以上外企制造行业安全工程师。
Familiar with maintenance equipment such as injection molding machine, stamping machine and knowledge safety production.
熟悉设备保养诸如注塑机，冲压机和安全生产。
-Experience in setting up ISO14001 and etc environment system, prefer in ISO9000, TS16949 Quality System.
有建立ISO14001质量体系经验，ISO9000,TS16949质量体系者佳。
- Hold safety qualified certification experience in safety training…
持有安全资格证书者和安全生产培训经验者。
Good communication skill, high team spirit, honest and trusty,
