JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow-up spare parts orders for local customer and internal group orders.
- Coordinate all related departments to keep orders on time delivery.
- Handle with group company orders from France and Belgium.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve the problems during the whole order period, including purchasing, quality and machining problem.
-- Organize internal meetings to launch / review projects and control projects.
- Establish strong relationship with customers and function as the main contact from order signature until delivery.
- Weekly report to Ensival-Moret International companies.
-- Check and control payments from customers.
requirement:
- 2 or 3-year experience of order handling or project engineer.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Teamwork spirit and pressure handling.
- Excellent interpersonal& Organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems& Good usage of MS office applications.
- Work experience in a foreign company is an advantage.
- Attend tests with / on behalf of customers, if the contract required.
