职位描述
工作职责：
1.负责某一品类服装从市场调研-企划案（包括产品生产时间、节点的把控）--绘制图稿—工艺单—制版--原、辅料准备—初版样衣—二次样衣确定的整个流程。
2.与营销人员沟通、交流，收集市场反馈意见；
3. 对服装的线条、色彩、质感要有敏锐的洞察力，注意市场流行趋势；
4. 做企划案，确定初步设计定型；
5. 以服装的功能性、专业需求以及时尚元素为设计基础，确保设计产品满足公司定位以及市场需求；
6. 不断提高自己的审美能力，树立起自我审美观。作为设计师，培养和提高审美能力是非常有必要的，只有发现了美，才能创造出美得设计；
7. 重设计、重工艺、重版型。很多学设计的人对工艺和版型一无所知，这都是错误的，一个好的设计师必须精通版型和工艺的，在工作之余，要多学习下工艺制作及版型；
8. 重创意、重实用。研发样衣不能只考虑服装的创意性，还要结合市场需求，在实用的基础上做一些创意的东西；
9. 善于收集资料，看到好的颜色搭配、工艺细节、款式等，都要细心收集起来，平时注意资料的积累。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for a particular category clothing from market research project (including the product production time, the control node) - drawing sketches - process sheet, plate making, raw and supplementary materials to prepare, first sample, second sample to determine the entire process.
2. Communicate with marketing, communication, collect market feedback;
3. Having keen insight to the clothing line, color, texture, pay attention to market trends;
4. Making proposal, determine the preliminary design;
5. Base on the functional sex of the clothing, professional demand and fashionable elements, to ensure that the design meet the company product positioning and market demand;
6. Continue to improve their aesthetic ability, set up self aesthetic. As a designer, is necessary to cultivate and improve the aesthetic ability, only to find the beauty, to create a beautiful design;
7. Thinking highly of design, craft, republishes type. A lot of people who learn design do not know anything about process and version, this is wrong, a good designer must master the version of the model and process, in the work, to study the type and version of the production process;
8. Thinking highly of creativity, practical. R&d sample can not only consider clothing creative, combine the market demand, on the basis of the practical do something creative;
9. Being good at collecting data, details see good color collocation, process, style, etc., should be carefully collected, data accumulation at ordinary times.
