Job Profiles岗位描述:
- Confirm on board with carriers' website
- 跟踪货物上船信息
- Collect the full set shipping documents from suppliers after the container on board
- 货物上船后,及时向供应商收集船务文件
- Audit the shipping documents and send to US office
- 校对船务文件并发给海外公司
- Post ISF information on system
- 根据供应商提供的ISF, 在系统做相应信息更新
- Regular work on invoices, packing slip and the bill of lading, to audit and correcting mistakes from suppliers' shipping documents
- 日常操作全套船务文件，包括（发票，装箱单及提单），校对并协助供应商更正错误的文件
- Maintain good relationship with our suppliers
- 和供应商保持良好的沟通


Qualification职位要求：
- College degree or above
- 大专学历及以上
- Be familiar with the international trade business
- 熟悉国际贸易
- Relevant experience in ocean shipping industry is preferable
- 有相关海运业务的优先
- Good knowledge of typing skill and Microsoft applications
- 熟练办公软件操作.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- 能独立完成工作.
- Good command of English (written and verbal) CET-4 or above
- 有良好的英语口语及书面基础，CET-4及以上
