The role of “QSHE Specialist” has the following main elements, but is not limited to the listing below:
环境安全/质量体系专员的主要工作内容如下，但不限于以下内容：

* In charge of the “Quality Safety Health Environmental” and/or management on various QSHE issues
负责“质量、安全、健康与环境”以及/或QSHE相关问题的管理
Quality system management & Quality control
In charge of set up , implementation, operation and surveillance the ISO9001for PWSH
负责PWSH ISO9001建立、实施、运行与监督
Responsible for the related internal and external Quality system management related audit
负责质量体系管理相关的内外审
Manage preventive/corrective action together with Quality Manager, initiate corrective actions to prevent product non-conformance.
与质量经理一起做好预防/矫正的管理从而防范不合格产品的出现
Create data base to document quality issues and register inspection data for internal monitoring.
建立质量相关的数据库，做好内部监控和检查的数据登记

Perform routine OnSite Quality Control Visits; in charge of the incoming materials quality control in accordance with workshop production
例行的现场质量控制检查; 负责来料零件质量控制，确保满足生产要求
To identify and setup appropriate actions to remove non conformity, and make sure of timely and effective execution
发现与制定合理的对策来去除不合格项目并确保及时与有效的执行
HSE: Health Safety Environment
Make the annual HSE scope/plan in accordance with the company development strategy and be responsible for the HSE annual budget deployment
根据公司发展策略制定 HSE 相关年度计划并负责HSE年度预算部署
Maintain all the related licenses, qualifications and government approvals kept by HSE
HSE相关许可证、资格认证与政府审批的维护
Implement of HSE procedure and programs like working under dangerous environment for instance
实施HSE流程与程序，例如在危险环境下工作等
Verify regularly and ensure all the equipment function well (include but not limited such as the PPE, workshop equipment with valid certificate，etc…)
定期检查并确保设备的正常运作(例如，个人防护设备，车间设备具备有效证书,etc…)
Conduct workshop HSE inspection and perform risk control
管理车间HSE巡视，控制风险
Initiate and influence integration of HSE policies and practices into the business
倡导并影响HSE规定在业务开展中的执行
Implement / modify HSE programs and procedures to ensure company compliance
执行/优化HSE项目与流程，确保执行公司准则
Conduct HSE education programs (internal training for the employee, responsible for organize worker attending external special training and obtain/renew the related certificate )
负责对公司新员工、在职员工进行HSE培训; 负责工人参加相关培训并取得/更新相关证书
Provide and determine alternatives for issue resolution
为HSE问题提供可选择的解决方案
Develop and work with workshop teams focused on HSE program development, implementation and improvement
针对HSE项目开发、实施与改进与车间员工保持合作
Prevention and Management of workshop worker relevant occupation disease
车间工人职业病的预防与管理
Conduct audits, reviews and assessments of workshop and contractor Health and Safety systems
进行对车间和工人健康与安全相关审计,审核与评估
Responsible for facilitate and/or conduct workshop accident/incident investigations and prevention
负责对车间的事故/事件进行调查及预防
Maintain accurate records and information relative to HSE
精确记录与维护HSE相关数据和信息
Reporting and reviewing incidents that have a material adverse impact for the workshop
上报与审核对车间物料具有不良影响的事件
Verify and update all required HSE postings, warnings and signs applicable to workshop
核实与更新与HSE相要求的警示招贴，标语及标识
Measure progress toward successfully meeting corporate expectations
确保项目结果符合公司预期

Qualifications:
BS degree or above
理学学士或以上学位
At least 3 additional years of experience with exposure to several EHS areas in a manufacturing environment
至少3年以上制造业EHS经验
Experience in Iron & Steel Industry is an advantage
有钢铁行业经验者优先
Requirements:
Pro-active

Familiar with Chinese safety and environment laws & regulations
熟悉中国安全与环境法律法规
3-5 years’ experiences on EHS work experience.
3-5年EHS领域工作经验
Worked as similar role in a MNC is preferred
有跨国公司类似岗位工作经验者优先
Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as organizations outside Paul Wurth (regulatory agencies)

Established program management ability
