Primary Job Responsibilities:
This is an opportunity for young graduates to work with German IT professional colleagues in a highly challenging side of JV manufacturing. You must be adept at working both as an individual and in groups in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with rapid production life cycles.

Responsibilities:
1 The primary function is to keep site functions running as per requirements.
2 Acts as a Supporter or Consultant in a variety of systems administrator tasks, including: configuring systems, defining standards, assisting/providing status updates, implementation of new features and tasks, IT assets management.
3 Provide technical guidance on routine site issues
4 Assess systems utilization to assist in troubleshooting and performance tuning, fills in shift work when there are vacancies
5 Creates scripts to assist with automation and maintenance, to perform maintenance tasks.
6 Understand all components of the site infrastructure in order to understand impact of system issues and take proper steps for resolution

Key Success Factors:
1 Assumes total responsibility for work assigned and delivers on commitments
2 Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement of the computing environment
3 Passionate in IT server system technology.

Job Requirements:
Experience Level:
1 0-2 years of IT technical system administration experience.
2 0-2 years Experience with Network Management and Enterprise Monitoring tools
3 You will receive on-site training by Chinese and German experienced colleagues.
4 Bachelor degree

Personal skills:
1 Proven quick- learning skills
2 Ability to communicate with customer directly. Customer service oriented.
3 Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
